Mark your calendar for Sunday, October 29th at 2:00 PM, for a Documentary Screening and Fundraising event at Wave Street Studios. Nestled in the heart of Monterey, this venue sets the perfect stage for an afternoon of enlightenment and inspiration.
Filmmaker Min Zhou will screen her new documentary, "One-Mile Walk," and two trailers of her new productions-in-progress, "My 58 Uncles" and "Born to Fly," to honor Chinese Americans' sacrifices and contributions to the US, from the first fishermen in Monterey Bay to the veterans of World War II.
While this event is free of charge to the public, a donation of $20 per person is encouraged. All donations will be used to support the documentation of Chinese American history, ensuring that these stories are preserved for future generations.
